Lindsey Esterdahl, Artistic Director (August 2025-2026)

Lindsey Webb Esterdahl is a music educator and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of South Carolina, where she is pursuing a PhD in music education with a minor in choral conducting. Her research focuses on the intersections of music education and disability studies. Previously a secondary choral director, she taught adaptive music, was a 2021 Teacher of the Year finalist, and received the 2023 SCMEA Young Outstanding Music Educator Award. Her choirs earned superior ratings and were selected for state and national honor choirs, including a 2023 SCMEA conference performance by the Patriot Singers.
Lindsey holds degrees from Lander University and the University of South Carolina. She is Secretary of the South Carolina ACDA and active in NAfME and SCMEA. In addition to serving as a clinician for honor choirs, she is Artistic Director of the Dutch Fork Choral Society, Choral Scholar at Shandon Presbyterian Church, and a vocalist with Limited Time Only (LTO).
Kaleb Hilton, Artistic Director (August 2023-2025)

Kaleb Z. Hilton is the Director of Choral Activities at Blythewood High School, where he conducts five ensembles- Chorale, acaBengals, Treble Singers, Men’s Chorus, and Concert Choir. Additionally, Kaleb serves as the Assistant Vocal Director at the Tri-DAC Summer Arts Consortium. In addition to teaching, Kaleb is an active collaborative pianist and has accompanied choirs at the University of Kentucky, National American Choral Directors Association, Kentucky Governor’s School for the Arts, the Kentucky Music Educators Association All-State Honor Choirs, and a variety of regional Honor Choirs and schools. Aside from Kaleb’s duties as a choir director and pianist, he is the organist at St. Simon & St. Jude Episcopal Church in Irmo, SC. A native of Henderson, KY, Kaleb received his Bachelor’s Degree in Vocal and Instrumental Education from the University of Kentucky in the Fall of 2021.
Sarah High, Artistic Director (August 2021-May 2023)

Mrs. Sarah High is the Choir Director at Swansea High School, and previously taught at Mid-Carolina High School in Newberry County (2016-2021). In her tenure at Mid-Carolina, Mrs. High’s ensembles received numerous awards at choral festivals and consistently received Excellent and Superior ratings at Concert Festivals. She has also had numerous students attend Honor clinics, Region Choirs, and All-State Choirs. Before teaching at the high school level Mrs. High taught Pre-K – 8 General Music and Chorus at Sandy Run K-8 in Calhoun County, SC.
Mrs. High is also the Director of Music at Salem United Methodist Church, where she conducts the Chancel Choir, Children’s Choir, Youth Choir, facilitates handbells, and assists in weekly and special worship planning. Mrs. High is also highly involved in the Fellowship of United Methodists in Music and Worship and is on the Worship Design Team for the 2023 and 2024 Music Week Conference. In addition to teaching at Swansea, Mrs. High is the Artistic Director of the Dutch Fork Choral Society, a Choral Arts Society.
Sarah High holds a Bachelor’s in Music Education from Columbus State University’s Schwob School of Music and a Master’s Degree in Music Education from the University of South Carolina. Mrs. High is currently an active member of ACDA, NAfME, and FUMWA.
